Contingencies! Planning ahead during uncertain times

Nobody wants to think about illness, or their mortality, but during these uncertain and worrying times, it is as important as ever to put contingencies in place, including taking important legal steps to protect yourself and your loved ones.

For instance:

· Have you thought about who would manage your money and financial affairs if you were unable to do so?

· Have you declared who would make medical decisions on your behalf, if required?

· Have you documented what, how, who and where you would like your money and assets to go, if the worst were to happen?

We are experiencing increased levels of enquiries and have therefore increased our staff numbers to accommodate. Unfortunately, we are unsure what the next few weeks will entail and therefore, if you require an urgent appointment, please call us on 01623 883850
